Sean Combs is back for another season to find another assissant!
I Want To Work For Diddy is a reality show on VH1. Co-Executive Produced and Directed by Mark Jacobs. His Host and Judges are the same: Capricorn, Marketing Director, Sean John; Phil Robinson – Diddy's former manager; Andre Harrell – Diddy's mentor.

Episode #1
The applicants arrive only to be spending the night on the rooftop.
Each the next morning get a personal interview with Diddy, and some are obviously not going to last the day!
Their 1st challenge is allotted 3 hours to complete and their task is to get people of different languages to say: Last Train To Paris is Boarding Now!
Which is Diddy's newest DVD coming out.
With a score of 54 to 46 Downtown wins!
Eliminations: Noelle and Ivory go head to head
Ivory is one crazya$$ bitch and definitely the troublemaker of the group.
But indeed Noelle gets the pink slip with "You're not ready to work with Diddy"
Bye Bye Noelle!

Episode#2
The group is divided into 2 groups the Uptown Group and the Downtown Group but because their is a leftover...Melissa. She gets to decide which group to join.
Challenge: Shoot a print ad for the new Sean John Logo.
They finally get to go to the house but to their dismay theirs a surprise waiting for them.
It's Last seasons Poprah! Unbeknownst to them she is Diddy's mole. After the shock they gather to decide their campaign's with Melissa wanna be model begging to be their model. They set off next morning and proceed with each set doing their shoot and making the decision on the final image they will submit to Diddy!
Diddy see's the images and understandably isn't thrilled with either but still has to choose one. They are taken to the rooftop in Time Square to see the winning billboard! Downtown wins again!
Eliminations: Zach and Ivory (again)
Zach loses, so bye bye Zach, "You're not ready to work for Diddy"

Episode #3
Diddy drops in as a shocker to the groups at 4 a.m. and is horrified at the fact in such a short time these people are messin up his place so now they will be forced to clean up and diet their way out of this one!
Challenge time shortly arrives upon their completion.
Challenge: Collect Donations for the Fresh Air Fund and pick up the donations in petty cabs!
This one's ! Witness these people hitting a 90K BMW and a Mercedes! Feel sorry for the owners, did Diddy have to pay for those???? LOL
Uptown Wins!
Finally they get some rest but John who's drunk manages to spill his drink all over Diddy's Italian chair, then precedes to use DRANO to wipe the mess up with. Unfortunately John better shape up fast cause now its elimination time.
Eliminations: John and Ivory (third time now!)
Fortunately for Ivory, Blake is called up also for his part in the challenge
John and Blake both get eliminated! Sorry boys "You're not ready to work for Diddy"
Now Poprah is transferred to the downtown team to even things out.

Episode #4
Challenge: Green Room Writer's Task
Here everyone must memorize the writers book , which contains info about Diddy's fav foods and why, his history etc....
Did you know:
Diddy demands applesauce after every meal?
After sex Diddy always eats a turkey sandwich?
I'm guessing but the applesauce thing is a dietetic, and the sandwich knocks him out afterwards...lol
Now during the time to memorize our freak girl Melissa stands by the window and prays a curse on people. (freak)
So they arrive at the green rm and prep everything and then are call down to another room.
Surprise it's the "Diddy or Didn't he Show and they are the contestants! LOL
Dalen brought the victory to the Downtown team.
Finally Poprah reveals she's the mole to every one's shock.
Eliminations: Melissa, Ivory (gees again?!) and Kennis!
Sorry Kennis but "You're not ready to work for Diddy"
Bye Bye!

Episode #5
The red phone sounds off and their challenge is to keep Diddy's studio guests entourage happy all nite long. (Diddy's House). They are assigned a musical artist. Uptown receives: Cassie and her manager. And Downtown receives Dirty Money artist music group. Of course things go eyre their and we see who really wants to work for daddy or just chat it up. Near the end Diddy gets everyone to groove with one of his songs and the quiet, lone child steps out in front and surprises everyone with her hidden talents.
Eliminations: Melissa/Jennifer
Oh too bad Melissa but "You're not ready to work for Diddy"

Episode #6
Everyone is called into Diddy's office where he changing for a Beyonce concert and they are asked what they think of his chosen outfit, not realizing its a test. They all think its great. After all it's Diddy he knows fashion right?!
(Good grief ppl even I could see that was a test!) So Diddy drops a bomb or at least we know its a bomb they think its going to be playtime.
Challenge: Corporate Retreat time. To every ones dismay this retreat isn't going to be all about pampering. They arrive at the Chinese Scholar Gardens. Firstly asked to disrobe...lol don't worry they have robes on. They then are put through things to break down their emotions,
vulnerabilities and walls. Even a few tears are shed for special effects. After drenched in mud and thinking its all over they have one more task, the dark tunnel to find a message alone.
Each is then brought into Diddy's office to be scolded for being a Yes Man, and asked who they think should stay and go.
To every one's surprise an elimination happens then and Jennifer is it. Mainly because she just cant form a sentence to save her life.
Sorry Jennifer "You're not ready to work for Diddy"


I'm starting to notice a pattern here, are you? 5 out 6 eliminations the first person called up gets the boot.

Episode #7
Formal Diddy Family Dinner on The Yacht Challenge
Our last 4 applicants Dan, Dalen, Ivory and Ebony now are challenged to setup and prepare a formal dinner with Diddy's family.
Capricorn delivers all the nec. materials for them to accomplish this task. The applicants divide up the duties.
Dan on Transportation and table service.
Dalen-Table setting, food and wine on board, errands too.
Ebony- Chef and escort guests onto yacht
Ivory-Chef

Chef Daniels (formerly Diddy's personal chef gave quick lessons to everyone on food preparation, and Richard Vayda, Director of Wine Studios, lessons on table settings and serving etiquette.
Suddenly the red phone goes off and 5 guests changes to 10.
Everyone on board yacht scatters to set up everything but to Dan's dismay their isn't a full bar already loaded, so everyone votes Dalen to go get liqour and wine.
Diddy arrives and Ebony scrabbles with an umbrella (because its the worst storm of the century this day of all days) and helps Diddy on board. He first notices his kids are not already on board so the applicants race to yell at Dan who was in charge of transportation. Then Ebony has to do things herself to appease Diddy and throws Dan under the bus at the same time. Finally the 6 kids arrive along with the other gurests. Mamma Combs, Dawn,and Kalenna.
All sit down to dinner and the meal begins.

1st Course: Butternut squash and sweet potatoe soup (w/garnish)
Hmmmmm...Diddy likes!
2nd Course: Risoto
UH OH!!!!!! Bad Bad Bad gross looking, wrong texture, prepared incorrectly and a tree sprouting out of it...Diddy goes nuts!
At this point Diddy makes this comment " Would you expect this at a 7 star restaruant?"....(I didnt know there even were 7 star reatrauants did you? I heard of 5 star, where's this man eating at?!)
3rd Course: Palette cleanser (Frozen Lemon Sorbet)
OH Hell NO they didn't!
Diddy flys off the handle as he is served a shot glass of melted sorbet.
Main Entree: Finally success! Rack of Lamb
Dan begins refilling the wine glasses but unfortunately when he reached Diddy their's only a 1 inch of wine if that. Diddy shocked and pissed asks Dan WTF basically and Dan replys with an intelligent approach and Diddy exclaims "Good Answer!"
All hail Dan for that recovery! Whew!
Dessert: Pound cake with strawberries and whip cream, everyone's happy about it except one child who claims he requested french toast!
Off Dalen goes in terenchal rains to get more wine and now french toast ingredients!
Finally dinner is over and Diddy calls everyone in, he rewards the best of the four with his yacht for the rest of the afternoon. Winner is....Dan. Dan also gets to choose 1 person to go with him......Dalen!
Now Diddy leaves, poor Capricorn and other guests car is M.I.A., then located, the rain is worse than ever. The girls, Ebony and Ivory return to the house pissed off and feeling they should have won because of the food, they both decide that Dan is going up for elimination. Meanwhile Dalen wants to play both sides and tells Dan yes Ivory should go home.
The next day they all arrive at Bad Boy Entertainment for the elimination round.
Poprah brings up all the negative things that go wrong and a decision is made.
Elimination: Dan/Ivory (4th time note)
Now the panel comes in and Capricorn see's things completely different (as Dan was completely thrown under the bus by everyone else)and feels Dalen should be up and Ivory sit down. Then another swap takes place Dan sits down and we're left with Dalen and Ebony!
My head is spinning!!
The main issue of concern of the panel was the fact that the beverages were the sole issue and everyone was looking for a scapegoat.
Suddenly their all are asked forward for elimination.
Diddy speaks his mind and the panel return.
They are called by name each one, Daniel, Ebony, Dalen , Ivory you're all safe!
WHEW!
But now the game has drastically changed and the trust is gone. Next week should be hell week between each other!

Episode#8
Poprah comes to the house for a chat with the finalists.
Poprah and Diddy talk about the finalists and she gives her thoughts on each indivdual. The red phone sounds of and they are requested to come to Bad Boys Entertainment office for their next challenge.
Dad Yi Chow creative dir. for Sean Combs announces the challenge, We own the night Fashion Show featuring Sean Combs 2009 Clothing Line. They need to handle the models, decor, food/drinks, venue, guests, invitations, theme etc....
Ivory choose to handle the venue, models, and props leaving the boys to do the invitations (which takes them all day) Diddy shows up unexpectedly as always and tells them he wants the theme based around the keyword "Inspire".
Later Ebony and Dan head to Blue Dot for furniture, whilst Ivory and Dalen handle clothing the mannequins. But Dalen wants to put in his 2 cents which may cost him everything in the end.
Wilson, Wright and Capricorn visit for an update and show us the ideas so we can judge if its up to par. Dalen presents the mannequins as how the models will be dressed and gets the hammer down when the judges realize the ties, scarfs, etc...arent even a part of Sean ombs line.
Daniels attempts to describe the design of the venue, which basically sucks and lastly Ebony trys to recover with other ideas which also fail miserably. To the judges must decide if its just wasted time or time to cancel the show than be embarrassed. Back to the drawing board kiddies!
Phil, Andre and Capricorn are called into Diddy's office and tell him whats going on. Diddys not happy and says someones got to go now!
The judges bring in the finalists and ivory claims theirs no confirmed guest list and its not her fault it should have been handled by Daniel. Dalens Mannequinns were a failure so whos up for elimination?

Episode #9
Down to Ebony, Ivory and Daniel.
Capricorn and Dewon show up for a preview but are disgusted and realize they have to help out otherwise cancel the show. The Bad Boy Staffers at the eleventh hour help them because between furniture, 3 saint bernards, organizational skills it appears its going to be a disater no matter what.
Finally the show opens but the crowd is unhappy for several reasons, food and cocktails, Diddy isnt their and the show is taking forever to start.
Diddy finally arrives. The show begins...Model Run #1 goes well, Model Run #2 too much of a pause/delay, Diddy mad. Model Run #3 NONE Diddy asks is that all?
Capricorn discuss the show he says the clothes were drab, no color, and hood looking.
The applicants find themselves having to clean everything up themselves cause Daniel couldnt coordinate the movers to be back that night.

The applicants file into Badf Boys. Capricorn tells them "There was no produced fashion show" No urgency, no walkthrough of the show prior, she had to help them which meant her not doing her own job....she's pissed!!!!

The Judges come in and all are up for elimination.
they feel Ivory feels attacked and Diddy likes strong women
Ebony dogs Ivory and tends to alienate everyone. Daniel stands quitely

Diddy talks to judges and asks who is a problem solver? They say not Daniel, not Ebony and Ivory could handle events, DJ but claimed alot of the work which she didnt do.

Ivory gets the famous words Youre not ready to work for Diddy.

Daniel and Ebony remain...who will win?
